<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the workload of input by updating the delivery information item of a record corresponding to a delivered article to delivered information on the basis of the input of slip Nos. to undelivered articles. CONSTITUTION:Information specifying the range of records corresponding to articles to be delivered is inputted to a record extracting means 11 and the records included within the specified range are extracted from a memory device 14 on the basis of the inputted information. A record determining means 12 determines records corresponding to undelivered articles out of respective records extracted from the means 11 and sends the determined records to an updating means 13. The updating means 13 accesses the memory device 14 so as to convert the delivery information to delivered information by storing flag '1' in respective delivery information items of the determined records.</p> |
