PURPOSE:To easily detach a skirting by rotating a short rod to be separated from a concave portion of a main body and be set free along a space between both sides of the main body and detaching the main body holding a skirting on an enclosure L-shaped steel in three-point contact by a handle. CONSTITUTION:In case of replacing a skirting 14 because of abrasion or damage, a short rod 7 is turned in about 90 deg.C arc to separate both ends of the short rod 7 from an engaging concave portion 3 U-shaped in section formed on the lower inner surface of a main body 10, so that the rod is set free along a space between both sides 11 of the main body 10. The disengaged main body 1 is detached with a handle 4. The skirting 14 fixed to an enclosure L-shaped steel 9 in three-point contact with a pressing piece 2 of the upper portion of the main body 10, an engaging concave portion 1 of the lower portion thereof and a bolt 16 can be easily separated from the L-shaped steel 9. |
