PURPOSE:To improve detection precision by detecting the length between a fulcrum and a light emitting body by a distance detector and calculating the perpendicular position of the light emitting body, and calculating the position and speed of a shake on the basis of an image obtained from a camera which is set initially; facing said perpendicular position. CONSTITUTION:A detector consists of a truck 1 having the fulcrum 3, main body 2, rope take-up device 7 having a rope 4, camera 6 controlled by a driving device 9, suspension 8 equipped with the light emitting body, rotational angle detector 10 which detects the distance, and controller 11 composed of a video processor 14, etc. The length of the rope 4 is detected by the rotational angle detector 10 and the center direction F of the camera 6 is set to the perpendicular position of the light emitting body 10 initially by the driving device 9. Then when the light emitting body moves, a signal obtained by the camera 6 is inputted to a central processor 16 through an image converter 14 to calculate the position and speed of the light emitting body. Consequently, the detection precision and durability are improved. |
