PURPOSE:To construct a pile shaft while positively preventing the collapse of the shaft wall by a method wherein, a drilling excavation is performed while a cement milk is poured-in, under the condition that an excavating blade is being expanded, and the earth and sand is being compacted by the tapered compacting surface. CONSTITUTION:An expandable excavating blade 2 is provided at the tip end of an auger rod 1, and on the upper stage thereof a compacting surface 3 which expands in a tapered manner which enlarges as it approaches the upper part is formed. When the auger invades down into the ground with the rod 1 being rotated, the earth and sand being excavated by the expanded blade are stirred and mixed with the cement milk through the pour-in port 7. The earth and sand being turned into soil cement are discharged toward the outer peripheral surface of the rod being compacted by the tapered compacting surface 3 through a permeating hole 5, and are troweled through the lever action of a projection 6 onto the wall of the excavated shaft. When the above mentioned procedures are completed, the auger rod 1 is drawn up with the excavation blade 2 contracted, and the ready-made pit is driven therein. |
