PURPOSE:To give a primer having improved water and heat resistance at a relatively low temperature firmly bond a urethane elastomer to a metal, by coating the surface of the metal with a specific primer, injecting a urethane elastomer stock solution and curing the stock solution. CONSTITUTION:A compound of (A) (i) a polyisocyanate compound containing 5-50wt% isocyanate group, e.g. tolylene diisocyanate, or (ii) a urethane prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups with (B) a polyepoxy compound having 200-10,000 average molecular weight is applied to the surface of a metal and a urethane elastomer is then injected thereon and cured to bond the urethane elastomer to the metal. |
