This invention is concerned with the motor of my previous patent which describes the design of a new structure of flat type. The purpose of this invention variously makes adjust magnetic-flux of motor-interior. Rotation character of no-load is variously adjusted by adjustment of magnetic flux. The motor is constructed by permanent magnet and permeable-plate and base palte. Permanent magnet(2) and base plate(3) and permeable plate(4) are parallely arranged in a direction perpendicular to the central axis(5). Distance between permeable-palte(4) and base-plate(3) makes the second variable- distance(h2) change. This changes back E.M.F. constant.
