PURPOSE:To easily set and confirm an editing area by displaying a copying area determined by the size of copying paper and copy magnification on a display body. CONSTITUTION:A signal, a size signal, and a copy magnification signal from an operation switch 1a, a size detection part 2, and a copy magnification setting part 3 which constitute the display body 1 are applied to a control part 4, a control signal from which is applied to a copy processing part 5 and light emitting elements 1b of said display body 1. In this case, plural display bodies 1 are fitted in order nearby orthogonal sides 6a and 6b of an original platen 6. The size of copying paper is set by operating a paper feed cassette selection key and copy magnification is set with a copy magnification setting key; and the control part 5 calculates the copy area on the basis of the copying paper size and copy magnification and allows light emitting elements 1b of the display body 1 to illuminate in correspondence to the copying area. Thus, the copying area is recognized easily and visually. |
