<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently form a case which has a display window and a surface provided with ornaments on the surface by putting a heat transfer sheet having a printing layer where ornaments such as a character are provided except for the display window part into a case forming mold and executing heat transfer at the time of forming the case. CONSTITUTION:The heat transfer sheet 10 is composed of an adhesive layer 13, the printing layer 8, a peeling-off layer 12 and a basic sheet 11, and is arranged in a cavity 15a by pointing the side of the basic sheet 11 and that of the adhesive layer 13 to the upper mold 14a of a mold 14 and the side of the cavity 15a, respectively. The printing layer 8 is provided with ornaments such as a character and symbol, except for at least the display window part. A transparent resin is poured through an injection gate 16 to form primarily an upper case. At this time the heat transfer sheet 10 is bonded along the shape of the upper mold 14a due to forming pressure and the heat of the resin, and is formed with the upper case in one body by the adhesive layer 13 at solidification. After the sheet 10 is taken out, the basis sheet 11 is peeled off. Then the sheet 10 is again put into a secondary molding cavity 15b to form a protecting layer.</p> |
