PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and inspection of storage battery by arranging a storage battery at the side section of power converter while providing open/close means on the upper face of power source box facing against the storage battery. CONSTITUTION:A power converter 10 is arranged in the power source box 9 of power source container 2 and a storage battery 12 is arranged through a barrier wall 11 against the converter 10. The electrolyte leaked when confirming the specific gravity of the electrolyte stored in the battery 12 or injecting supply water is received in drain guide 13 then discharged from the drain discharge section 15 to drain receiver. Open/close means or a door 16 is arranged on the upper face of power source box 9 and when opening upward, maintenance or inspection of battery 12 and confirmation of the specific gravity of electrolyte can be executed. |
