PURPOSE:To generate the force to push back an extrusion pin and consequently prevent the extrusion pin from breaking by a structure wherein a tapered portion 22, which compresses extrusion material, is provided on the extrusion pin in an extruder die. CONSTITUTION:Extrusion material passes through the gaps of slitters 4 and tends to flow along the tapered portion 12 of an extruder die so as to reach the tapered portion 12 of the extruder die. The extrusion material past through the tapered portion of the extruder die and the straight portion 23 of an extrusion pin gives the force to push back the extrusion pin in the direction opposite to the extrusion direction by means of the tapered portion of the extruder die due to the gap made between the straight portion of the extruder die and the straight portion of the extrusion pin. Accordingly, the force to push the extrusion pin can be controlled. |
