<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a humidity-sensitive film having high sensitivity, by dispersing a conductive fine powder throughout a resin prepared by a method wherein an acrylic ester derivative and a vinyl carboxylate derivative are copolymerized with an acrylamide derivative to form a copolymer which is, in turn, crosslinked with a crosslinking agent having a hydrophobic group. CONSTITUTION:In a crosslinked copolymer which contains an acrylamide derivative represented by formula I (wherein X, X' and R are respectively independently a hydrogen atom or a methyl group), a lower alkyl acrylate derivative represented by formula II (wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and Y is lower alkyl group) and vinyl carboxylate monomer as main constitutional monomer components and is crosslinked with a polyfunctional epoxy resin, a conductive fine powder is dispersed to form a pasty composition which is, in turn, applied to a ceramic insulating substrate 2 having a pair of comb- shaped ruthenium oxide electrodes 1, 1 provided thereto and a resin film 5 is subsequently baked to said substrate 2 to form a humidity-sensitive element 3. As the acrylamide derivative, N,N-dimethylacrylamide is pref. and, as the lower alkyl acrylate derivative, lower alkyl acrylate or lower alkyl methacrylate is used.</p> |
