<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of an overall system at a moderate price by giving a keyboard function to a tablet and making a keyboard unit unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A menu sheet 8 having a keyboard part 81 is placed at a home position on the tablet 6. When the any key of the virtual keyboard part 81 printed on the menu sheet 8 is pressed with an input pen 7, the tablet 6 detects position information, which is transmitted to a position information/key code converting part 22 in a memory through an RS 232C interface 5, and converted into a key code inherent to the specified position. Furthermore, said information is transmitted to a key code buffer 21, and acts the same as an input through a normal keyboard.</p> |
