PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of an off-shore working platform, by a method wherein the outer periphery of a lower hull is protruded from the outer periphery of a platform, and after an off-shore working platform is tugged to a site, the upper part of the lower hull and the outer periphery thereof are secured by means of underwater concrete. CONSTITUTION:A pair of columns 2 are erected upright on a pair of right and left lower hulls 1, and a working platform 3 is supported by colums 2 erected upright from the pair of the right and left lower hulls 1. In which case, the lower hulls 1 are located in a manner that the outer periphery of the hull is slightly protruded outwardly from that of the working platform 3. After a semi-diving type off-shore working platform, formed with the lower hulls, the columns, the platform, is tugged, it is sunk down to a sea bottom, and underwater concrete 6 is placed to the upper parts and the outer peripheries of the low hulls 1. This enables facilitation of manufacture, tugging, and installation at a site of the off-shore working platform. |
