<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and to make manufacturing easy by bonding a disk made of a magnetic material with a flat body cut in a round slice of a concentrically wound body with a laminated coil made of spirally wound conductor with an insulating film and a core made of a magnetic material alternately. CONSTITUTION:A wound body 12 is formed by providing with a laminated coil 10 and a core 11 alternately and concentrically. The wound body 12 is cut in a round slice and by this, a flat body 15 which has a required height is formed. On one surface of the flat body 15, a groove 16 for guiding a lead wire taken out from the coil 10 is formed along the direction of the diameter. The laminated coil 10 is alternately provided with a conductor leaf 17 and an insulating film 18 and a magnetic leaf 19 made of, e.g., an amorphous ribbon is also alternately provided with an insulating leaf 20. The flat body 15 is bonded with a ferrite disk 23. In this way, both the core 11 and the laminated coil 10 can be adjusted by simple plane processing so a highly precise rotary transformer can easily be manufactured.</p> |
