<p>PURPOSE:To return to a normal action speedily by displaying the detected low temperature or issuing the alarm when the low temperature below an action guarantee temperature is detected, outputting a power-on reset signal until the low temperature detection is released and controlling the reactivation of a system. CONSTITUTION:When a peripheral temperature is below the minimum temperature which a processor 3 guarantees, a low temperature detecting circuit 13 operates to transmit a low temperature detection control signal 106, and a display control circuit 18 is turned on to display the low temperature. Simultaneously a buzzer driver 19 is driven. Moreover the low temperature detecting signal 106 is transmitted to a synchronizing circuit 12, which synchronizes signals with the aid of a lock signal 108 with a period of 8ms from an oscillator circuit 11, and outputs a low temperature detection securing signal 107. If a power-on operation is executed in a low temperature detection state, the power-on reset signal 103 is outputted, and consecutively the power-on reset signals 111 and 112 are outputted once in the same manner.</p> |
