摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in productivity by winding a wire under uniform tension and increasing the number of revolution by controlling the delay of the phase of the wire in the position of a wire guide member and the phase of mass of an oscillation system with respect to the phase of a winding plane of a winding jig to be within a specified angle region, respectively. CONSTITUTION:For controlling the delay of the phase of a wire 3 in the position of a guide bar 6 and the phase of mass M of an oscillation system to the phase of a winding plane respectively within 0 deg.-90 deg. region, more preferably 30 deg.-60 deg. region when a rotary shaft 1 rotates by a predetermined of revolution n, mass M of the guide bar 6, spring constant K of the oscillation system, distance L between the center of the guide bar 6 and that of the rotary shaft 1, and tension T of the flat square wire 3 are determined. Accordingly, the relation among M, K, L and T is determined so that the phase of mass m of a simplified model of the system delays by 0 deg.-90 deg. and the phase of mass M of the guide bar 6 delays by 0 deg.-90 deg. from a kinetic equation of the simplified model of a coil winding device. M and L can be selected to be arbitrary values. Thus, the winding tension of the flat square wire 3 between the peaks of winding jigs can be ensured at a predetermined value or more.
