PURPOSE:To improve decorative effect by reflecting rays of a light source incident from the end side of a generally planar molding body made of a transparent material at the inside surface of a recess in the body to radiate the rays to the outer surface side and brighten the recess corresponding to a discrimination display. CONSTITUTION:When a molding body 1 is embodied into a mark and emblem as a decorative molding, it is molded into a generally disk-like body by the use of inorganic transparent glass or transparent plastic material. This body 1 is formed on the back with a recess 2 of V-shaped grooves having about 90 deg. angle and corresponding to a discrimination display, for example food mark 'H'. Also, the body is provided on the back other than that of the recess 2 with an opaque colored layer 3 to clarify said mark. Further, the body 1 is provided along the peripheral surface of end with a light source 4 such as luminescent diode and electroluminescense. And the rays of the light source 4 are reflected from slant surfaces of the recess 2 to brighten the recess 2. |
