PURPOSE:To improve decorative effect by reflecting light incident from the end side of a generally planar molding body made of a transparent material at the inside surface of a recess in the body to radiate the light to the outer surface side and bright the recess corresponding to a discrimination display. CONSTITUTION:When a molding body 1 is embodied in to a mark and emblem as a decorative molding, it is molded into a generally disk-like body by the use of inorganic transparent glass or plastic transparent material. This body 1 is formed on the back with a recess 2 of V-shaped grooves having about 90 deg. angle and corresponding to discrimination display, for example food mark 'H'. Also, the body is provided on the back other than that of the recess 2 with an opaque colored layer 3 to clarify said mark. And natural light incident from the end side of the body 1 is reflected on a slant surface of the recess 2 to radiate the light to the outer surface side and make the 'H'-shaped recess 2 visual. To make this light colored one, an annular block body 4 colored sufficiently to transmit the light is fitted on the outer periphery of the body 1. |
