PURPOSE:To cool a foil which reaches a high temperature by providing a circulating portion for a cooling fluid in the axial direction on a support member, and letting the cooling fluid flow through the circulating portion. CONSTITUTION:A foil 3 is installed spirally inside a support member 2, and a rotary shaft 1 supported by the foil 3 is disposed inside the foil 3. The support member 2 is provided with a plurality of grooves 4 for letting flow air 5 for cooling the foil. Accordingly, the foil 3 which has reaches a high temperature with high-speed rotation of the rotary shaft is effectively cooled by letting cooling air 5 flow through the grooves 4 disposed on the support member 2 to bring the foil 3 into direct contact with the cooling air. |
