PURPOSE:To mass produce granular gel with small particle diameters without causing clogging, etc., by setting an upper and a lower rotators of two stages and a mold susension feed nozzle at specific positions in a container in which a gel curing solution is put. CONSTITUTION:A gel curing solution is put in a container to a position where the liquid level is brought into contact with the lower rotator 4 and the nozzle 9 to feed both a suspension of a marine alga gel solution and a mold is set above the upper rotator 5. Liquid drop gel dispersed by the rotator 5 is incorporated with the surface liquid flow 19 of the gel curing solution produced by the rotator 4. Granular gel is successively produced without retaining the gel on the liquid level of the gel curing solution and the particle diameter of the granular gel can be controlled by regulating the numbers of revolutions of the rotators.
