<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation of a flow switch, by providing a reed switch, closed by approach of a magnet provided in a valve main unit, in the flow switch and forming a valve guide of a check valve, equipped with the flow switch, by a non-magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A device, inserting a valve guide 25 of a valve main unit 23 into a cylindrical guide 35, mounts a magnet 26 to the point end of said valve guide 25. A reed switch 29, actuated by magnetic force, is provided in a base 28, opposed to the point end of the valve guide 25, and the switch is constituted so as to be turned on if a flow amount in a flow line increases to a predetermined value by moving upward the valve main unit 23 in a predetermined distance. The device, forming the valve guide 25 and the cylindrical guide 35 by a non-magnetic material, prevents inoperation of the valve main unit 23 due to misoperation of the reed switch 29 by magnetization and/or due to biting of iron dust attractively attached by magnetic force.</p> |
