<p>PURPOSE:To improve scuffing resistance and wearing resistance, by forming one of the compressor frictional mechanism members from a material, having specific hardness, while the other from cast iron and combining the both members. CONSTITUTION:One of the compressor frictional mechanism members like a cylinder, roller or a vane and the like is formed by a material consisting of ceramics material, carburization processed material, etc. with hardness of Hv550 or more. While the other of the compressor frictional mechanism members is formed by cast iron of FC20, FC30, FC40, etc. or cast iron of FCD system. Combination of these compressor frictional mechanism members, surely preventing scuffing and wearing, enables a compressor of high durability to be obtained.</p> |
