A method and system for implanting a message (11), within a blooming plant (1), includes removing a plug (3), from the base portion (5) of a plant bud (1), to form a channel (7) therein through which a message holder (31), with a message (11), is implanted within a central portion of the plant (1). The plug (3) is replaced and sealed with grafting wax (19). Upon subsequent blooming of the plant, a signal (37) of the message holder (31) is displaced to open sight, whereby the message holder (31), with message (11), is removed. The message holder (31) includes a receptacle (33), a signal rod (35), a signal (37) and a plurality of semi-flexible one way anchor pods (39). The pods (39) keep the message holder (31) from subsequently popping out of the channel (7). |
