摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the backward and forward oscillation and vibration of a vehicle by determining the line pressure to the lowest limit value, in which the revolution of a primary pulley at the maximum change gear ratio is made possible, at the time of extremely low speed coasting at least at the maximum change gear ratio after disconnecting of a clutch. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a secondary pulley revolution sensor 72 is entered into a maximum change gear ratio region judging part 86, signals from a throttle opening sensor 73 and a brake switch 87 are entered into a coasting judging part 88, and a signal from an engine revolution sensor 74 is entered into a speed reduction judging part 89, and then when an extremely low speed coasting is judged by these judging parts 86, 88, and 89, the line pressure is corrected to the lowest limit value by a line pressure correction part 91 in response to the output signal from a line pressure control part 90. Thus, since the braking force accompanied with the moment of inertia of a primary pulley 7 (not shown in Fig.) having a large moment of inertia produces only the least effect, the backward and forward oscillation of a vehicle can be reduced.
