<p>PURPOSE:To permit a flow switch to be mounted with no increase of piping resistance, by opposing a diametric direction opening part of a cylindrical member, provided in the suction side of a check valve unit, to a shaft part through a small gap while providing a reed switch, detecting the displacement of the valve unit, in a valve casing. CONSTITUTION:A device, forming a cylindrical shaft part 23d extended downward in the suction side of a valve main unit 23 of a check valve, provides an opening part 23b to be drilled in a diametric direction in said cylindrical shaft part 23d. The cylindrical shaft part 23d, arranging in its periphery a bush 21 through a small gap A, is set so as to block the opening part 23b when the valve main unit 23 is placed in the bottom position. The device, providing a magnet 26 in the upper end of a valve guide 25 formed in an upper part of the valve main unit 23, enables the magnet 26 so as to be detected when its distance from a reed switch 29 in a base 28 decreases to a fixed value or less. In this constitution, detection of a flow amount can be optionally set by suitably setting a size of the small gap A and variably obtaining a moving distance of the valve unit.</p> |
