This construction element comprises : - a central part 1 consisting of a certain number of longitudinal walls 2A, 2B, 2C... and transverse walls 3A, 3B, 3C... intersecting at right angles and delimiting vertical conduits of generally rectangular cross-section C1...Cn which are open at their upper and lower ends; - a double lateral part consisting of two lateral longitudinal walls 4A, 4B having the same dimensions as those of the longitudinal walls of the central part, but offset in the vertical direction with respect to these walls by a height h; by virtue of which, it is possible to produce a dry mechanical assembly of a plurality of elements, by interlocking lateral walls of an upper element onto the central parts of lower juxtaposed elements, resulting in a quick installation and walls which are perfect longitudinally and vertically. <IMAGE>
