The bracket element comprises a single-shelled, elastic casing which consists of a sound-insulating and/or heat-insulating material and, when erecting a wall, is built into the latter. Later, a ceiling panel may then be cast in place, the concrete of the ceiling panel filling the cavity (5) in the casing (2) and producing a sound-insulating and heat-insulating connection.
