PURPOSE:To improve a C/N ratio and to considerably reduce cost by forming a recording medium by a sol-gel method using an alkoxide of tellurium. CONSTITUTION:This recording medium is formed by the sol-gel method using the alkoxide of tellurium. The compsn., thickness and film uniformity of the recording film are thereby satisfied simply by controlling the concn. and dipping speed of the soln. and the rotating speed of a spinner, by which the C/N ratio is improved. |
