PURPOSE:To secure the adhesion of electrode layers, a transparent conductor layer and an electric connecting part and to reduce output loss in the electrode layers, by providing three electrode layers, and forming at least two layers of said three layers with different electrode materials. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 2, an amorphous silicon layer 3, a transparent conductor layer 4 and electrode layers 5 are laminated in this sequence. A plate shaped or linear electric connecting part 6 is bonded to a part of the electrode layers 5 so that the part 6 is protruded to the outside of the substrate. The electrode layers 5 in such an amorphous solar battery 1 comprise three layers 7-9. The topmost layer 7 is formed beneath the electric connecting part 6. The electrode has a specified shape. The intermediate layer 8 and the lowest layer 9 intersect with the topmost layer 7 at a specified interval. One or more slender, longitudinal electrodes are provided. On the electrodes, which have approximately the same shape as the topmost layer 7, are laminated beneath the topmost layer 7. At least two layers of said three layers 7-9 are formed with different electrode material. Thus the output loss at the electrode layers 5 can be suppressed to the minimum degree. The quality and the reliability of the amorphous solar battery can be improved. |
