PURPOSE:To insolubilize noxious material, by a method wherein, when a soil agitating device is pulled out from a given spot in a ground polluted by the noxious material, a treating agent is mixed with soil to agitate it as the treating agent is injected through a treating agent injection nozzle located at the lower end of an agitating device. CONSTITUTION:A ground A, polluted by noxious material, is excavated by means of an agitating vane 7 mounted to the lower end of the hollow agitating shaft 4 of a soil agitating device 1. When the agitating shaft 4 is pulled up, a treating agent, fed through a treating agent feeder C, is forcibly fed to the agitating shaft 4, and is injected in the soil, which is in an agitated condition, through an injection nozzle formed in the lower end of the agitating vane 7. The polluted ground A is agitated, in order, from the lower part to the upper part thereof to insolubilize the noxious material in the ground A. |
