<p>PURPOSE:To make the control of item classification easy and to make input operability satisfactory by adding the corresponding common item code and the item code to the information of the transport item and storing them by the input of the item code. CONSTITUTION:By the input of an item code (k), a corresponding common item code K is automatically generated, and the common item code K and the item code (k) are added and stored to the information D of the transport item. Thus, concerning the same item, one common item code exists in respective unit records, when the item classification is retrieved, the common item code K is inputted from an input device 1, and then, the comparison of one code and the record information of the unit by a retrieving device is sufficient. Consequently, the first registration is as before, the operation necessary to the control of retrieving, etc., and the retrieving time of the then retrieving device can be shortened.</p> |
