PURPOSE:To stabilize the regulation of wind direction with a higher characteristic of retaining the rotation state of vanes by tapering the inner surface of a side wall of an external frame so that a part of the side thereof may contact the tapered surface in a wind direction changer of a ventilator for an air conditioning equipment. CONSTITUTION:When operating vanes 4 with a control knob 9, the vanes 4 turn at the same angle interlocking each other with a connecting rod 8 linked thereto through a thin hinge section 7. Here, the reaction force of the thin hinge 7 increases gradually with the rotation of the vanes 4 while large diameter heads 6 and constant sections 11 rotate while clamping both side walls of an external frame 1 with shafts 5 of the vanes 4. The clamping slide torque increases with the rotation overcoming the reaction force of the thin hinge 8 because of the tapering 10 of the inner surface of the external frame 1. This retains the rotation of the vanes at a certain position thereby stabilizing the regulation of the wind direction. |
