A valve comprises a housing (2, 4) in which a valve cone (16) is arranged so as to be adjustable relative to a valve seat (14). The object to be achieved is to provide a valve with which it is possible to obtain the essentially known advantages of ceramics, in particular corrosion resistance, with a low manufacturing outlay. To achieve this object, it is proposed that the housing have two parts (2, 4) which are pressed isostatically onto cores and are composed of ceramics, in particular oxide ceramics, the internal spaces (6, 8) running without undercuts to the respective connection openings (36, 38). In the region of the connecting surfaces (18, 20), the two parts (2, 4) of the housing each have a through hole (10, 12), one of these through holes (12) containing the valve seat (14). <IMAGE> |
