<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the metallic salt in a chemical liquid by taking the chemical liquid used for the surface treatment of a metal out of a housing tank and selectively concentrating the metallic salt in the chemical liquid, then electrolytically depositing the concd. liquid with a diaphragm electrode. CONSTITUTION:The chemical liquid is taken out of the housing tank 1 and after the metallic salt in the chemical liquid is selectively concentrated by a metallic ion concentrating means 3 such as a filter method, the foregoing concd. liquid is electrolyzed by an electrolytic cell 2 consisting of a cathode 16, an anode 18 and a diaphragm 17 to deposit the metallic-component on the surface of the cathode 18 in the stage of removing the metallic salt in the chemical liquid. As a result, the metallic salt in the chemical liquid used for the surface treatment of the metal is efficiently removed and the amt. of the chemical to be used is considerably economized without the problem of waste water treatment.</p> |
