PURPOSE:To mold monolithically main constituting parts in each molding process, by carrying out successively a plurality of insert molding processes which consist of the former molding process forming the one member constituting joints and the latter molding process forming the other member to be pairs of the part prepared in the former process. CONSTITUTION:In the first molding process, a foot part 22 having a projected axis 22a and reinforcing parts 23, 24 all of which constitute the one member are molded in being connected with a runner 1a. In the second molding process, an intermediate part 25 and an intermediate part 26 enveloping and holding the projected axis 22a in freely rotating condition are insert-molded respectively and a molding constituting a knee joint part is molded between them. In the third molding process, the bearing side parts 29 enveloping and holding the bearing part 28 and the projected axes 22a, 27b in freely rotating condition respectively are monolithically molded by means of insert molding. These molding processes including the insert molding processes are successively and continuously carried out. |
