PURPOSE:To mold monolithically complex parts of a doll, by integrally molding successively constituting parts used for molding materials. CONSTITUTION:In the first molding step, an axial part material 21 having a projected axis 21a to be fitted to the bearing part 14 of the waist 13, a foot part 22 having a projected axis 22a to be a part material constituting a joint part, and reinforcing parts 23, 24 are molded in being connected with a runner 1a. In the second molding step, an intermediate part 25 enveloping and holding the axial part material 21 in freely rotating condition and having a projected axis 25a, and an intermediate part 26 enveloping and holding the projected axis 22a in freely rotating condition and having a projected axis 26a are constituted by insertion in being connected with a runner 1b, by which the complex constituting parts are monolithically molded. In this process, the m.p. of the molding polymers of the former and the latter orders are lower and higher respectively and the complex constituting parts are thereby successively enveloped in a body. |
