PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of a power consumed, by a method wherein, in a fan motor for a radiator and the like, a fan motor is adapted to run only when an open air temperature exceeds a given temperature. CONSTITUTION:When an open air temperature detected by an open air temperature sensor 5 is inputted to a control amplifier 6, the control amplifier 6 decides whether the open air temperature is higher than a given temperature. When it is below the given temperature, a fan motor 4 is turned OFF. When it exceeds the given temperature, the fan motor 4 is switched ON. This constitution reduces an amount of a power consumed. |
