<p>PURPOSE:To enhance connection strength and to attain the enhancement of connection work efficiency to a large extent, by providing a rib, which prevents the burr melting out from the gap between piled members mutually superposed at the time of ultrasonic connection, from flowing out to the outside to a part of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A rib 9 is provided to the outer peripheral part 5 of an upper mold 1a. By providing the rib 9 to the upper mold 1a so as to face a lower mold 1b forming the other side, a welding burr C formed at the time of ultrasonic connection is restricted without flowing out to the outside B of the upper and lower molds 1a, 1b and flows to the side of a step part so as to be surrounded between the rib 9 and the step part 8. Because no burr C is generated in the outside of the upper and lower molds 1a, 1b, a conventional welding condition by the generation of the burr is retrieved to a large extent and the manufacturing/control efficiency of ultrasonic connection can be enhanced.</p> |
