PURPOSE:To constitute compactly a device which can be connected to plural ports, and also, can execute an address control, by constituting an address control part to a connection network and a memory bank with a barrel shifter. CONSTITUTION:A port part 5 is connected to a barrel shifter group 4 for constituting a memory bank, through a barrel shifter group 2 for constituting a connection network, and the group 2 is controlled by a barrel shifter controller part 3. A circuit block corresponding to 1 bit of the group 2 is constituted of each memory bank M0-M7, each port P0-P7, and control lines BS0-BS7 corresponding to an output part of the part 3. By the group 2 and the part 3, each port can execute an access to a desired memory bank without causing an access competition, and also, a page of a desired address being orthogonal to each memory bank can be brought to an access.
