PURPOSE:To prevent a cross from occurring by selecting a specific value through a previous arrangement between communication nodes, and making the frame times to update the time-switch control memories of respective nodes in association with a call or restoration coincide with each other, when setting or releasing the communication between the nodes. CONSTITUTION:In case a new call is generated by a transmission node to a reception node, a control processor 13 to control the transmission node reads the value in an N-notation counter 14. From the read value, the said processor 13 selects a frame timing m (0<=m<=N-1) to update a transmission time-switch control memory 11, and transmits it to the reception node. A control processor 23 to control the reception node returns a frame time-vacant signal to the transmission node if the designated frame time is vacant. Thereafter, the reception node compares the designated frame time and the value of an N-notation counter 24 by its comparator circuit 25. At the frame when the said comparison shows coincidence, the reception node updates a reception time-switch control memory 21 by its control processor 23. |
