PURPOSE:To prevent production of unpleasant sensation, by a method wherein, in case it is decided that the starting is executed by a heat mode and a high level mode, an upper part desired room temperature arriving time is delayed than a lower part desired room temperature arriving time. CONSTITUTION:When internal and external temperatures 31 and 32, a blow-off temperature 33, a solar radiation amount 34, and a water temperature 35 are inputted to a computing control device 40 togetherwith a set temperature 36, the computing device 40 sets an upper desired room temperature and a lower part desired room temperature and further decides and air flow, and decides a blow-off mode. When the decision causes selection of a high level mode and a heat mode, if an upper part temperature is below an upper part desired temperature, since there is a risk of overshoot occurring, a lower supply opening A is automatically controlled, a ventilator supply opening 8 and a defrost supplying opening C are closed, and are opened after a specified time lapsed. This constitution delays an upper part desired temperature arriving time, and prevents the occurrence of overshoot. |
