PURPOSE:To obtain the titled computer system for displaying a desired command in accordance with a user and a use state, and having a help function which can be used easily, by storing the use frequency of a command which is executed, selecting a command related to desired information from its use frequency, and displaying the information related to the command. CONSTITUTION:A help function part 17 checks from information which is read whether the use frequency of each command in a designated period is larger than a prescribed frequency N or not. As the result of the check, as for the command whose use frequency is larger than the prescribed frequency N, its use frequency is set to '0', and this processing is executed to all the commands. Subsequently, each command is selected and classified in the same way, its command name and its explanation are displayed on a CRT display 21 in the order of a high use frequency, and this operation is executed to all the commands. Next, whether the remaining command which is not displayed by the processing is displayed or not is inquires, and in case of an instruction for displaying it, the command whose use frequency is '0' is selected, the command name and its explanation are displayed on the CRT display 21, and it is executed to all the commands. |
