There is described a pharmaceutical composition comprising an aqueous solution of from 0.6 to 6% w/v sodium cromoglycate and a mucolytic agent, e.g. N-acetyl-1-cysteine. There is also described a method of making the composition and its use, e.g. in the treatment of allergic lung conditions.
