摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful in decision of pregnancy in high yield, by mutually reacting specific compounds in the presence of a glycosylation catalyst and eliminating a protecting group from the reaction product. CONSTITUTION:A compound expressed by formula I (Bn is benzyl; R<1> is lower alkyl) is reacted with a compound expressed by formula II [Ac is acetyl; R<2> is acetyl or benzyl; X is -O-C (=NH)-CCl3 or F] in the presence of a glycosylation catalyst and then a protecting group of the reaction product is eliminated to provide the aimed compound expressed by formula III.
