PURPOSE:To smoothly discharge mixed resin by freely reciprocatively providing a specified changeover rod rectangular to a discharge chamber so as to touch the aperture part of a mixing chamber to a main body block equipped with the mixing chamber and the discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION:Respective resin components introduced into a mixing chamber 20 with the backward movement of a cylinder piston 24 are allowed to collide with each other and stirred. Then these are introduced into a discharge chamber 40 via a notch part 51 from a throttling aperture part 29. In this case, a resin part M1 passed on the wall side of the notch part 51 is reduced in velocity by friction between the resin part and a wall surface 51A in comparison with a resin part M2 passed through the inside and thereby shearing action is caused. Besides centrifugal force accompanying the directional change of flow velocity by the notch part 51 is added and high stirring effect is obtained. The mixed resin components M stirred and mixed thereby are rectangularly introduced into the discharge chamber 40 through an outflow aperture part 49 and allowed to fall while being spirally rotated on the inner wall 40A and discharged as a smooth flow. |
