PURPOSE:To obtain a solid composition for internal use, stable for long in a solid medicine, containing a dihydropyridine derivative as an active ingredient, by adding a stabilizer such as sodium carbonate, etc., to said derivative. CONSTITUTION:A medicine composition containing 1,4-dihydropyridine derivative expressed by the formula (R is n-propyl substituted by nitrate group in 2- or 3-position thereof; R<1> is 2-nitrate ethyl which may be substituted by methyl in 2- or 3-position thereof) as an active ingredient. One or more of sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, calcium carbonate and calcium hydrogen phosphate is added to said composition in an amount of 0.01-20pts.wt., excepting that in the case of the calcium hydrogen phosphate the addition amount is 0.01-20pts.wt., based on 1pt.wt. of the compound expressed by the formula and the resultant composition is formulated according to ordinary method to provide the aimed product.
