A data word is divided with two words. They are input into an encoder. And parities are generated by input of encoder. However, frequencies of k/2-multiplier are only input in the encoder circuit. Therefore the method of parity generation is conveniently provided. Encoder circuits (EN1) and (EN2) that consist of multiplexer or EXOR gate or register are connected in parallel. Data word is divided with DW1 and DW2. DW1 inputs sequence of higher numerical index and DW2 inputs sequence of lower numerical index. Code word C(x) generates parity P(x).
