PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary atomization type painting device having a wide adjustment range of a painting pattern by providing ports for injecting air toward the outside circumferential surfaces of atomizing heads around the outside circumference of the atomizing heads. CONSTITUTION:This invention relates to the rotary atomization type painting device to provide various painting patterns, in which a pair of air injection members 18 are loosely fitted to the top end face 15 and bottom end face 16 at the case top end of an air turbo motor 1 and high-pressure air is supplied to a pair of the air injection members 18 disposed around the outside circumference of the atomizing heads 3, 8. Air injection ports 20 are symmetrically bored to the front inside circumferential surfaces of the members 18 backward of a paint releasing part 14 of the atomizing heads in such a manner that the extension lines of the axial centers thereof intersect with the outside circumferential surfaces of the atomizing heads 3, 8.
