PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection by winding a wire around the root of a lead terminal in the direction of the axis of a drum type core with a surplus at the start and the end of the winding and bending the lead terminal to the direction of the radius of the core. CONSTITUTION:A lead terminal 1 is fixed in the direction of the axis of a drum type core 2 and one end of a copper wire 5 is wound around the root 4 of the terminal. The copper wire 5 is temporarily hanged on a hook, then a coil is wound, the wire is hanged again on a hook and the end is wound around the root of the terminal 1. Removing the hook, the surplus part 4 is soldered. Then, the lead terminal 1 is bent to the rectangular direction of the axis at the root and a covering material 6 is coated to finish an inductor element. In this construction, the equipment for an axis type inductor element can be utilized, the productivity is improved, disconnection when the lead terminal is bent is prevented and a high quality inductor element can be produced in low cost. |
