摘要 PURPOSE:The titled composition suitable of sliding parts, etc., showing sufficient ly characteristics resulting from existence of an inorganic filler such as antistatic agent, etc., having improved ram extrusion molding properties, obtained by blending an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene with an inorganic filler and a fatty acid ester or a zinc salt of fatty acid as a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene powder having >=1,000,000 average molecular weight by viscosity method and >=3,000,00 average molecular weight by light scattering method is blended with (A) 1-50pts.wt. inorganic filler (e.g., carbon black, metallic powder, etc.,) and (B) 0.01-10pts.wt. preferably 0.05-5pts.wt. 10-20C fatty acid ester or zinc salt of the fatty acid.
